System Overview

The visual production management system is a device and asset management system tailored for Chinese manufacturing enterprises by Shuxiaoer Software Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. based on more than ten years of experience in intelligent manufacturing research and implementation, with the aim of "Made in China 2025" and reference to advanced concepts such as "German Industry 4.0" and GE Industrial Internet in the United States, based on nearly a thousand successful cases in the defense industry and mechanical manufacturing industry. This system includes traditional functions such as DNC (Machine Tool Networking) and MDC (Machine Tool Monitoring and Data Acquisition), as well as intelligent control of various digital devices such as heat treatment equipment, robots, AGVs (Automatic Guided Transport Vehicles), automated three-dimensional warehouses, and provides users with intelligent decision support systems based on industrial big data analysis.

DNC：

MDC：

Function description points: device data collection method and content, real-time display of device data collection, collection of device comprehensive operational efficiency, electronic map, data statistical analysis (display of multiple dimensions), data collection characteristics, system integration (integration of MDC system and MES system)

PDC：

Realize orderly management of production plans, receive production plans, conduct orderly production according to rules and resource conditions, and ensure maximum efficiency of production capacity.
